ADVANTAGES

WORK KNIFE

The blade features a drop-point geometry with a false edge on the front third, giving it high penetrating capability. At the same time, the straight grinds beginning nearly at the spine are finished very thinly, which makes the knife highly effective not only for combat tasks but also for everyday domestic use.

When developing the knife we were fully aware that even for military users 90% of its usage would be for routine tasks, so from the start we made the knife as practical and work-oriented as possible.
IMPACT-RESISTANT SHEATH

The overall blade length is 128 mm, with a usable cutting length of 120 mm. Spine thickness is 6.1 mm, which immediately places it outside the category of “cold weapons.”
The sheath is made of special impact-resistant plastic and is designed to fit easily into a MOLLE pouch. The knife sits in the sheath very tightly, with virtually no play. A proprietary lock at the sheath mouth secures the guard firmly, so the knife can be carried inverted without fear of it falling out. Additional retention is provided by a special overlapping strap on the suspension.
AUS-10Co WITH CRYO TREATMENT

The Combat blade is made of AUS-10Co steel with cryogenic treatment. This steel has proven itself exceptionally well under the toughest operating conditions, which is why it was deliberately chosen for this knife.
The heat treatment scheme for AUS-10Co used on the Combat was specially modified to focus on increasing strength and impact toughness. As a result, at 60 HRC the knife shows excellent resistance to breaking, outstanding chip resistance, long edge retention, and clean, efficient cutting performance — a full set of qualities expected from premium-grade blades.

Combat inherits Vector’s direct, purposeful silhouette, but its 121 mm blade changes the experience. The knife feels quicker, carries more discreetly and gives the user precise control close to the hand—all without surrendering the substantial construction that gives this family its authority.

An exposed pommel provides a safer place for emergency glass breaking, pressing or a controlled tap when the job calls for impact. That keeps the thin, sharp edge and point away from abuse better handled by the back of the knife.
