We arrived with a compact new fixed blade, a revived Kizlyar Supreme classic and one gloriously unexpected Vector—and left with fresh stories from the people who handled them.
Our Urals highlights: Sigma moved from idea toward production, Intruder returned with thoughtful updates, and the pink Vector Brutal Edition showed how much personality a proven field knife can carry.
The knives we could not wait to show
Sigma: compact size, serious cutting
We created Sigma to bring fresh energy to compact fixed blades. Its zero-ground convex geometry gives it eager cutting performance, while the modest handle and low-profile sheath keep the complete package easy to carry. The first exhibition batch attracted attention immediately—and once you handle Sigma, it is easy to understand why.
Intruder: an old favourite, renewed
Intruder grew from the Russian knife community with input from Andrey Mak and Denis Samsonenko. We updated the blade geometry and paired it with a substantial leather sheath and removable hanger. The result keeps the personality people remember while feeling ready for a new generation of owners.
Vector Brutal Edition: you asked, we made it
The pink Vector began with persistent requests from our users. We took the idea seriously, turned it into the finished Brutal Edition and brought its PGK-steel continuation to the Urals. It is playful to look at, unmistakably Vector in the hand and fully prepared to work.
CityHunter Ghost: more colour, without compromise
We also brought a pale “Ghost” version of CityHunter with an Elmax blade. We enjoy giving our knives more colour and character, but appearance never replaces the essentials: cutting geometry, heat treatment, a secure grip and a carry system that works.
Join us at the Kizlyar Supreme stand
In the opening segment we take you around our stand, show the knives up close and explain how the ideas developed. The film then continues through the exhibition to meet other makers. Automatic dubbing or captions may be available through YouTube.
Why we value face-to-face feedback
Specifications tell only part of a knife’s story. At a show, people can feel whether the carry system makes sense, whether the grip suits their hand and whether the knife creates that immediate “I want to use this” reaction. Just as importantly, we can listen to the precise questions experienced owners ask.
Fifty Sigma knives found owners on the first day. That was one exhibition, not a promise about every market, but it was a wonderful signal that our compact fixed-blade idea connected with people.

How an idea becomes a Kizlyar Supreme knife
For us, developing a fixed blade means far more than drawing its outline. Edge geometry, heat treatment, the way the handle indexes in your hand, sheath retention, extraction and carry position all have to work together. A prototype proves the idea; production development helps us deliver the same confidence knife after knife.
The best way to understand that process is to use one of our established models. Every finished Kizlyar Supreme knife carries the lessons of earlier prototypes, workshop tests and conversations with owners—and those lessons continue with the next design.
