We designed Sigma for people who like the certainty of a fixed blade without carrying a large knife. It brings Kizlyar Supreme heat treatment, clean proportions and a practical leather sheath into a 100-gram everyday format.

Sigma is our answer to a simple question: how much useful fixed-blade performance can fit into a genuinely compact EDC knife? The result is equally at home in daily carry, at a picnic, at the workshop or on a light outdoor trip.

The short blade and close-to-hand balance make detailed work intuitive. Textured G10 scales provide a stable, tactile grip without unnecessary bulk.
A proper sheath, not an afterthought
A fitted leather sheath protects the satin-finished blade and keeps the package neat on the belt. Orange and black knives receive matching sheath colours.

An urban fixed blade with outdoor instincts
Victor Kizlyar introduced the first Sigma prototype as a continuation of our compact urban fixed blades: a smaller handle inspired by Asket and a blade whose character recalls a proportionally reduced Sturm.
The production model keeps that clear purpose. VG-10 Cryo steel at 61 HRC supports the fine convex geometry, while the compact dimensions make Sigma easy to carry and quick to control.

What is the Kizlyar Supreme Sigma designed for?

What does “zero-ground convex” mean?

Which steel and hardness does Sigma use?
The production Sigma uses cryogenically treated VG-10 stainless steel hardened to 61 HRC. Kizlyar Supreme selected it to complement the compact knife’s fine convex geometry.
Does Sigma come with a sheath?
Yes. Sigma is supplied with a fitted leather belt sheath. Orange and black production versions use matching sheath colours.
Is the orange Sigma different from the black Sigma?
The core specifications are the same. The versions differ in G10 handle colour and matching leather-sheath colour, allowing either high visibility or a more discreet appearance.
Is Sigma a limited edition?
Sigma is a production model, not presented as a one-time limited edition. The first 300 production knives were individually numbered to mark the model’s launch.
How should a convex edge be maintained?
Use light, controlled passes that preserve the blade’s continuous convex curve. A fine abrasive, ceramic or strop can be suitable depending on edge condition; avoid creating a steep secondary bevel. If unsure, use a qualified sharpening service.
