In December 2025, we unveiled our new knife, Sigma. The first prototype has already been completed, and development is still ongoing. We plan to make slight adjustments to the jimping and refine the handle finish. Even at this stage, however, it’s clear that Sigma is a well-balanced
urban fixed blade, combining practicality with everyday comfort.
In terms of size, Sigma is very close to the Asket. Its key feature is the instantly recognizable
Sturm blade profile, presented in a more compact form and finished with
a convex grind.
Ergonomics and Everyday Carry Compactness and ergonomics were top priorities. The handle is designed for a three-finger grip, yet even users with smaller hands can achieve a full, secure hold. Sigma feels agile, responsive, and exceptionally comfortable for daily carry.
Carry Options and AccessoriesFor Sigma, we have designed horizontal carry sheaths made from thick, durable leather with a belt loop. In addition, Kydex sheaths, similar to those available for the Asket will also be offered for users who prefer an alternative carry solution.
Launch Timeline and Steel Options The planned release of the Sigma is scheduled for March–April.Regarding blade steels, we are considering a wide range of options:
- 420HC as a budget-friendly choice
- AUS-10Co or VG-10 as well-balanced mid-range options
- Elmax or MagnaCut as premium steels
Final Thoughts Sigma brings together compact dimensions, comfort, and functionality while preserving the iconic
Sturm blade design. It is slightly smaller than the Asket, yet more practical than the Hammy: the longer blade combined with a zero-edge convex grind delivers outstanding cutting performance.
At Kizlyar Supreme, we highly value the feedback of our customers and are always eager to hear your thoughts on new models.
Stay sharp.
