AUS -10Co is comparable in its properties to steels from the upper league such as Bohler's N690. Its hardness after quenching and multi-stage tempering is approx.
60 HRC, and it is still as easy to sharpen and as resistant to chipping as the popular AUS -8. But the quality of the cut is quite different, in which case AUS -10Co is better compared to D2 or Sleipner.
The blade remains perfectly sharpened and is not prone to corrosion.
The Atlantis comes in a classic leather sheath.
with double suspension.
