ADVANTAGES
- The bladeThe blade is made of VG-10 steel with cryo treatment. After proprietary hardening in a nitrogen environment using cryotreatment, it shows a hardness of about 61–62 HRC, without losing any strength.
The steel is maximally balanced due to its unusual properties: durable, resistant to chips, holds an edge well and is easy to maintain.
Knife blade with reduced quality, well controlled cut. - So light and durableThe handle is made from a glass-filled polyamide mold.
The surface is covered with a textured pattern, slightly rough and pleasant to the touch. The handle materials are very durable and resistant to any external influences. In addition, it is very lightweight.

- Juicy flipThe mechanism allows you to throw the blade with a confident click in just one movement.
Thanks to the cassette bearing system, the knife opens easily and has excellent mechanics.
If you want to give the impression of being a flipper, open the knife with a slight flick of the wrist.
- invisible but readyThe Hussar folding knife is suitable for everyday carry in the city; it is lightweight, does not attract unwanted attention and looks like a fountain pen in your pocket.
Drop the blade with the touch of a finger and the Hussar is ready to go instantly! - On your termsA steel spacer is located at the end of the handle, which, on the one hand, provides structural rigidity, and on the other, acts as a landing socket for a steel immersion double-sided clip. The clip is double-sided, which means the knife is suitable for right-handed and left-handed people.
There is also a strap hole through which you can insert a decorative strap, an emergency spare cord, or a strap of a different configuration to enhance the convenience of wearing and removing.
- DesignThe Kizlyar Supreme team, together with Hungarian designer Bella Kocsardi, has done a great job to provide you with a great companion in any adventure.
In memory of this collaboration, the name of the knife "Hussar" remained – in honor of the kind of light cavalry that originated in Hungary.

At Blade in Siberia 2026 we showed our lightweight Hussar folder in black and blue with an M398 steel blade. This photograph shows that exhibition edition; the standard specifications above currently describe the VG-10 version. Steel and availability may vary by market and production run.

The slim folding design, secure liner lock and deep-carry clip remain unmistakably Hussar. The M398 exhibition configuration adds a steel chosen for high wear resistance and long edge retention.

Recognised in Moscow. Awarded again in Saint Petersburg
Our lightweight Hussar folder earned second place at Moscow’s 49th Blade exhibition in November 2024, followed by first place at the 10th Blade on the Neva in February 2025. Both diplomas recognise Hussar in the folding-knife competition.
