STEEL WITH A REPUTATION
The rather thick blade of the Ute knife is made of high-quality 440C steel with a hardness of approx. 57-59 and a blackwash finish that hardly shows any scratches.

This modern steel is known for its high corrosion resistance, high wear resistance and hardness properties compared to all stainless alloy steels and can be heat treated to a fairly high hardness. Allows a smooth and razor sharp blade.

DURABLE MATERIALS
The handle of the knife is made of a very durable G10 laminate material and has a pronounced knurling throughout, which provides an excellent grip. To improve control during intensive work and increase precision, there is an under-finger recess on both the tip and the top of the handle. The under-finger hollow forms a sort of small guard and further protects the user's hand from slipping on the sharp blade. All these elements contribute to the fact that the knife is safe in the hand, even with wet and slippery hands.
