GORGEOUS BLADE
The rather solid 17.1 cm blade has retained its excellent cutting ability, making the knife more suitable for smaller household tasks.
The slightly concave or completely straight grind provides excellent cutting quality and easy sharpening.

Senpai is made of excellent steels: PGK and AUS -8.
Thanks to hardening in a protected environment with programmed control of each operation, we obtain a stable hardness, while the blade is resistant to chipping and can withstand heavy loads.
AUS-8 is considered a well-balanced steel and is used by the leaders of the Western knife market for mid-priced knives. It was invented in Japan and is considered one of the best steels, combining such important quality parameters as good corrosion resistance, good strength and good wear resistance.
