ADVANTAGES

  • ARMED SECURITY
Feldjaeger was originally developed for a specialist courier service responsible for transporting valuable and sensitive consignments across demanding routes. The brief called for a durable, versatile fixed blade with secure handling and a dependable carry system.

That purpose-built origin shaped the model's partially serrated edge, substantial construction and distinctive technical appearance.
  • FIELD MARKSMAN
A little history: the Feldjaeger first appeared in Prussia in 1742. The name of the profession comes from the German Feldjager, where the Feld in this word means "field" and Jaeger means "shooter"

On December 17, 1796, shortly after his accession to the throne, Emperor Paul I issued a decree establishing the Feldjaeger Corps. The staff of the Feld'eger Corps (feld'egeria) was responsible for delivering orders, reports, valuable papers and parcels, and escorting dignitaries.
  • Feldjaeger history
Throughout the history of the Russian courier service, they were entrusted with delivering secret, top-secret mail and transporting precious metals for most ministries and departments from Moscow to republican and regional centers and back.

By a decree of November 16, 1939, the Central Department of Special Communications was established in the central apparatus of the People's Commissariat of Intelligence.
  • special communications
At the beginning of the Great Patriotic War 15.9 thousand people worked in the central, regional, oblast departments and offices. The service personnel served the commander-in-chief and the headquarters on the fronts.
The central department was responsible for sending ration cards and packages of government bonds. At the front, messages were transported by cars, trains, planes, and on foot through difficult areas. Special intelligence personnel had the right to use any means of transportation.
During the siege of Leningrad, the Special Intelligence Service ensured the operation of 25 routes in the city and supplied platinum to the armament factories.
  • SOLID DESIGN
Feldjaeger combines a broad, functional blade profile with the proven Tactical Echelon handle platform. The textured Kraton outer layer provides comfort and grip, while the rigid polyamide base supports the handle structure.

The full-tang construction is designed for dependable service, clear indexing and controlled use with bare hands or work gloves.
  • IMPRESSIVE BLADE
The 4.8 mm AUS-8 blade provides substantial strength together with good toughness, corrosion resistance and straightforward field maintenance. The partially serrated section is useful for ropes, webbing and other fibrous materials.

StoneWash and TacWash finishes are intended for real use. TacWash uses our multi-stage vibratory process to create a darker, low-reflection surface without relying on a conventional coating.
  • THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED
The partially serrated edge supports rapid cutting of rope, webbing and similar fibrous materials—useful during camp, rescue and equipment work.

The blade's distinctive openings reduce visual mass and reinforce the model's technical identity. Feldjaeger is first and foremost a cutting tool; it should not be used as a pry bar, digging implement or improvised pole tool.
  • WITH HANDLE DOWNWARDS
Current-production Feldjaeger sheaths combine a durable ballistic-nylon outer with a shaped polypropylene insert. Molded retention points engage the handle securely, control movement and help prevent rattling while reducing unnecessary contact with the cutting edge.

The retention system supports secure handle-up or handle-down carry when the sheath is configured correctly.
  • VERSATILE MOLLE SHEATH
The multifunctional sheath supports belt, pack and compatible MOLLE-style attachment, with more than one carry orientation and additional stabilisation options. Quiet retention and predictable extraction were central to the design.

A lower attachment point can reduce movement during active carry, while the adjustable platform allows users to adapt the sheath to their equipment and preferred access angle.
  • extra features
The adjustable handle-retention strap can be repositioned for right- or left-handed access and tuned to the user's preferred release direction.

Compatible accessory pockets can carry a sharpening tool, flashlight, multitool or other compact equipment. The attachment system is designed to work with common MOLLE-style pouches and gear.
  • DESERVED REPUTATION
The Tactical Echelon sheath has earned strong feedback from users, dealers and exhibition visitors for secure retention, quiet carry, flexible attachment and long-term durability.

Its effectiveness comes from small details: the shaped polypropylene insert, controlled extraction, reversible retention strap and multiple stabilisation points working together as one carry system.
