THOUGHTFUL DESIGN

The Alpha is also available in a version with a serrated blade for quick cutting of cables.

The construction of the knives is simple, but as strong as possible: the handle scales made of Kraton, which is known for its abrasion resistance and high friction properties, are screwed and additionally glued to the all-metal shaft.
It is worth noting that the handle is perfectly compatible with tactical gloves.

D2, AUS-8 or 420 HC

Alpha is offered in D2, AUS-8 and 420HC. D2 favours wear resistance and long edge life; AUS-8 balances toughness, corrosion resistance and straightforward maintenance; 420HC offers high toughness and easy field sharpening.

Exact steel, hardness and finish depend on the individual production version.

GET A GRIP ON ANYTHING

The sheath has two types of belt attachment - a standard loop for a wide belt and two separate strips with Velcro and rivets for attachment to the trouser loop (the loop between the strips) to secure the sheath against lateral slippage, as well as options for attachment to most unloading systems and quick-release buckles.

There is an additional strap on the sheath that secures the knife in the sheath at the narrowest part of the handle near the tip. This strap can be adjusted and placed in a comfortable position for both right and left-handed users.
WITH HANDLE DOWNWARDS

The current-production sheath combines a durable ballistic-nylon outer body with an edge-caring polypropylene insert. Molded retention points secure the handle and help reduce movement and rattle during carry.

Together with the adjustable secondary strap, this allows secure carry in several orientations. Exact attachment hardware can vary by production version.
